Schedule: 12 sessions, 3 per week, Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
This introduction to CrossFit training builds your strength, endurance and flexibility and more – all scaled for your current level of fitness - along with providing training in the more technical movements and lifts. In addition, we address proper nutrition, sleep and workout recovery. It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and introduce you to the culture that is CrossFit. The on-ramp program consists of 3 sessions a week and lasts 4 weeks. The On-Ramp program will usher you into our group classes with current members.
