Whether you’re an athlete, firefighter, cop, CEO or soccer mom, we all need to be fit; It helps us look and feel better, get the bad guy, win the game, get the job done or simply live better, longer. To do this we employ a mix of functional movements that replicate the ones you use in everyday life, like lifting, pushing, jumping, running, sprinting, climbing, etc.
CrossFit is a combination of weightlifting, simple gymnastics, metabolic and cardiovascular work in a constantly varied program. Our workouts – referred to as the Workout of the Day or WOD – are done in a coached, small group setting. It’s designed to be different every day. It’s fun, challenging, and never boring. Sessions last an hour or less.
